1. Why adjustments happen

Ad partners and payment providers may reverse revenue due to invalid traffic, policy violations, disputes, chargebacks, or measurement corrections.

2. What we can do

• Remove invalid earnings from your balance.
• Hold payouts during investigations.
• Reverse credited amounts if partner reports change.
• Require additional verification for high-risk activity.

3. After payout

If allowed by law and our systems, we may apply negative adjustments to future balances to account for reversals that occur after a payout.

4. Disputes

If you believe an adjustment is incorrect, contact support@leef.io with your account ID and the relevant dates/links. We’ll review available evidence.
