1. Agreement
By accessing or using Leef, you agree to these Terms and our policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services
Leef provides monetised short links, monetised notes/pastes, a public feed for sharing, analytics, and a QR generator (“Services”). We may change or discontinue features at any time.
3. Eligibility (including under 18)
Users under 18 are allowed to use the Services and may monetise/withdraw. You are responsible for ensuring your use is legal in your location and that you have any required parent/guardian permission.
4. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Use strong passwords and enable 2FA where available.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the Services for illegal content, malware, scams, phishing, abusive content, or to bypass advertising/monetisation systems.
6. Monetisation
Monetisation depends on advertiser demand, geo, traffic quality, anti-fraud systems, and partner policies (e.g., AppLixir). Earnings shown are estimates until validated.
7. Payouts
Payouts are governed by our Payment Policy. We may pause/review payouts for fraud prevention, compliance, chargebacks, invalid traffic, or policy violations.
8. Public feed
If you list content on the public feed, you grant us a licence to display it. We may remove or limit visibility for policy, safety, legal, or quality reasons.
9. Intellectual property
We own the Services and branding. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant us rights needed to operate the Services (host, display, process, and distribute within the product).
10. Suspension/termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts, links, notes, or feed listings if we believe you violated policies or created risk. We may withhold unpaid earnings connected to invalid traffic or policy breaches.
11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services, outages, or your content/links.
